David is an ITIL 4 ® Master & ITIL Ambassador recognised by BCS, The Chartered Institute for Information Technology, as a Chartered IT Professional and Fellow of the BCS.
David speaks on the topics of Value co-creation, service management and allyship at international events, including the itSMFUK, SDI and SRVision conferences.
David is Chairperson of the British Standards Institute (BSI) IT Service Management Committee, acting as the leading UK voice on the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) committee.
David's passion is to make service management a more accessible career which add's value to our world as a whole.
