In 2022, our company director, David Barrow, published his first book on Co-Creating Value in Organisations with ITIL 4.

In December of 2023, David's second book, An Education in Service Management, was released. This book is written to educate organisational leaders on the value of Enterprise Service Management and to educate those wishing to pursue a career in this space as to its benefits, whilst also illustrating just how exciting this career can be. This book contains contributions from several thought leaders in this space.

Since these initial forays into publishing, David has expanded his portfolio of writing to include
Allyship Actually - Why it's we and not me, co-authored with Lucy Hornsby, and after being diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in 2024, David has documented this journey within the OH SH!T - I've got Bowel Cancer series of books.
