In 2022, our company director, David Barrow, published his first book on Co-Creating Value in Organisations with ITIL 4.

In December of 2023, David's second book 'An Education in Service Management', was released. This book is written to educate organisational leaders on the value of Enterprise Service Management and to educate those wishing to pursue a career in this space as to its benefits whilst also illustrating just how exciting this career can be. This book contains contributions from a number of thought leaders in this space.

At the time of writing, David is working on another new book, a novel which covers the themes of allyship and inclusivity.
